Girl Scouts of Western New York (GSWNY) helps unleash the G.I.R.L. (Go-getter, Innovator, Risk-taker, Leader)™ in every Girl Scout. They create a safe space where girls can try new things, develop a range of skills, take on leadership roles, and prepare them for a lifetime of leadership. However, behind every future leader can be paperwork. Toshiba helped GSWNY identify and resolve inefficiencies across a large territory by combining their powerful multi-function printers (MFPs) with DocuWare, a leading workflow software. This allows the staff and volunteer network to enroll girls in Girl Scouts of Western New York as members and also enroll them in the many programs offered to them by the council. And since GSWNY is a not-for-profit, it also helps the council achieve cost efficiencies and environmental responsibility.
And when the Girl Scouts of Western New York’s fleet of Toshiba MFP’s aren’t helping keep their records organized, they are enlisted to print out promotional materials helping spread the word about their programs and bringing in the next generation of leaders.
