Toshiba Wins Keypoint Intelligence-Buyers Lab 2019 Pick Award

Respected Analyst Firm Selects Toshiba’s Elevate™ as Outstanding MFP Customization Tool
December 11, 2018

Keypoint Intelligence affirms Toshiba America Business Solutions’ commitment to innovation by presenting a 2019 Buyers Lab Pick Award to the tech company’s Elevate MFP customization platform.

Toshiba’s new Elevate 2.0 is a cloud-based platform for personalizing the user interface of Toshiba’s e-STUDIO multifunction printers (MFPs) by adding functionality, automating common and sophisticated tasks, promoting commonly used features and incorporating the customer’s branding and taxonomy on a fully customized front panel.

A key new feature of the Elevate 2.0 is Elevate Composer.  Elevate Composer enables even non-technical personnel to configure and design a custom-tailored MFP in minutes.

Toshiba’s Elevate Composer secured a 2019 Buyers Lab Pick Award – the industry’s premier accolade – as Outstanding MFP Customization Tool by meeting the following criteria:

  • Impressive ease of use as Elevate Composer features custom UIs and associated workflow shortcuts through prebuilt templates;
  • Themes and timesavers tailored for key business processes (accounts payable, operations and human resources, for example) and vertical industries;
  • Capability to streamline work processes while reducing time spent searching through menus and settings;
  • Allows resellers to tailor a Toshiba e-STUDIO MFP for a given client’s specific needs.

“Elevate Composer is a simple, yet elegant solution that enables Toshiba partners to deliver MFPs that are truly customized to each customer’s needs,” said Keypoint Intelligence Director of Solutions Analysis Jamie Bsales.  “It enhances the value proposition of the hardware, making it an integral part of a customer’s business processes.”

“Receiving the Buyers Lab Pick Award for Elevate Composer is an incredible honor for everyone at Toshiba associated with our latest UI,” stated Toshiba America Business Solutions Chief Marketing Executive Bill Melo.  “Elevate Composer presents our reseller community with the capability to personalize an e-STUDIO MFP to meet the specific workflow needs of each client.  This level of customization enables ends users to perform often complex tasks at the touch of a button.”

Buyers Lab Document Imaging Software Picks stand alone in the industry and are hard-earned awards as they are based on rigorous testing, including evaluation of key attributes such as features, usability, and value. Each product that passes our lab test earns Buyers Lab’s Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze rating, with the best performers qualifying as Pick contenders.
